Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanksgiving is a special reminder
to be grateful and thankful for
what we have…
…for family and friends
…for food on the table
…for having a place to stay
…for technology
…for our freedom
…and for the many other treasures
we have in our everyday lives!
Sometimes it’s easy to take these
special gifts for granted.
Now is the time to really celebrate,
enjoy and cherish all of life’s gifts!
And remember this is not really
the best time to start a diet…
…eat and be merry with family and friends
and enjoy that wonderful food spread,
wherever you may be!
I wish you and yours a very special
Happy Thanksgiving Day!

Her *Secret* Explains Everything
It’s not often that I meet a person
who really shocks me. At least, not
in a “good” way. But I have to tell
you about a story that is truly amazing–
a real life “rags to riches” story.
Her name is Lisa Diane.
Her story is remarkable.
Just a few years back Lisa Diane
was up to her eyeballs with over
$50,000 credit card debt,
she had no job, no income, her
bank account was in the “red” and
her car was repossessed while she
was at a Little League game with
her son.
She was literally living on rolls of
change she scrounged up under cushions.
Talk about down and out–
she was at rock bottom.
But here’s the interesting part.
Lisa Diane discovered a simple, yet
almost “miracle like” solution to
instantly and almost effortlessly
create anything she truly desired.
In less than 6 months time her
entire life went from a living
nightmare to a story book
fairytale– as she raked in
over $653,000 right from her
home.
She went on to earn over $1.3 million
before the year was out.
Since then, (back in the early 90’s)
Lisa Diane has gone on to
generate multimillion dollar
revenues and enjoy a lifestyle
most folks can’t even dream of.
Nightingale-Conant did a feature
story on her success in their
magazine, her home was even featured
in one of those “high brow” designer
magazines as the “Ultimate Utopian
Waterfront Estate.”
She’s truly “cracked the code”
on creating a lifestyle of success,
wealth, happiness, rock-solid peace
of mind, total freedom and abundance.
But here’s the best part.

Veterans Day
Today we show our sincere gratitude and deep appreciation
for all those who served and for all those who continue
to serve in our military.
Here are some quotes of reflection from the “Famous
Quotes and Inspirational Quotes Website”:
Freedom is never free.
Author Unknown
We often take for granted the very things
that most deserve our gratitude.
Cynthia Ozick
It is easy to take liberty for granted,
when you have never had it taken from you.
Dick Cheney
In the beginning of a change, the patriot is a scarce man,
and brave, and hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds,
the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot.
Mark Twain
This nation will remain the land of the free only so long
as it is the home of the brave.
Elmer Davis
I think there is one higher office than president and
I would call that patriot.
Gary Hart
When our perils are past, shall our gratitude sleep?
George Canning
Courage is almost a contradiction in terms. It means
a strong desire to live taking the form of readiness to die.
G.K. Chesterton
In war, there are no unwounded soldiers.
José Narosky
Valor is stability, not of legs and arms,
but of courage and the soul.
Michel de Montaigne
As we express our gratitude, we must never forget
that the highest appreciation is not to utter words,
but to live by them.
John Fitzgerald Kennedy
A sincere and grateful THANK YOU to all veterans
for your sacrifices and for serving our great nation!

Veterans Day 2008: Nov. 11
Veterans Day originated as “Armistice Day” on Nov. 11, 1919, the
first anniversary of the end of World War I. Congress passed a
resolution in 1926 for an annual observance, and Nov. 11 became a
national holiday beginning in 1938. President Dwight D. Eisenhower
signed legislation in 1954 to change the name to Veterans Day as a
way to honor those who served in all American wars. The day has
evolved into also honoring living military veterans with parades
and speeches across the nation. A national ceremony takes place at
the Tomb of the Unknowns at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia.
