If someone would’ve told me two months
ago that I would be able to put my home
on the market, get a contract in less than
than two weeks and close 23 days later
I would’ve said – that would be nice but
it’s not realistic, especially in today’s
market!

Well as it turns out – not so unrealistic
after all…

I’m chatting with you today from a
transitional location because the events
above actually happened to us and wow…
what a journey it’s been!

Needless to say, we were grateful for the
quick sale, but not as prepared for the
fast results and having to move and relocate
after being in our home for almost 16 years.

For the most part we moved ourselves -
what a nightmare! (won’t do that again!)

But we met our goal to sell – and with
the help and support of our loving family
and friends, and our exceptional realtor
we were able to meet each challenge in the
process and succeed in our goal.

For anyone wanting to buy or sell real estate
in the Maryland USA area, I highly recommend
